We implement organizational and technological measures in accordance with Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure. Among these measures:
- Limiting access to information to employees who need it.
- Encryption using SSL.
- Daily backups to maintain information integrity.
Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee complete protection against breaches. If a breach occurs, we will ensure compliance with the legal requirements for notifying the authorities and affected individuals.
Data is stored for the time required to provide the service and in accordance with legal requirements.
- Your Rights Under the Privacy Protection Law
In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law and Amendment 13, you have the following rights:
- Right of Access: You can request confirmation if we hold information about you and to review it.
- Right to Rectification: You can request the correction of inaccurate information.
- Right to Erasure: You can request the deletion of your information, where the law allows it.
- Right to Object: You can object to the use of your information for direct marketing purposes.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for the use of your information at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the legality of the processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

- Data Retention

- Browsing data: Retained for 12 months.
- Marketing data: Retained for 12 months.
